What makes a great carer?

An upbeat attitude, patience, flexibility, and excellent communication skills are some of the attributes we look for when employing people at our care home.

Our staff provide 24-hour service, seven days a week, across full-time, part-time and night shift positions. This involves forming relationships with our ladies and gentlemen to understand and meet their individual care needs.

Towerview Career Pathways

The positive approach to an excellent career in care

No matter your role within your home, there is an identified pathway to a qualification or greater knowledge.

We encourage everyone to explore their careers here and provide opportunities to develop their skills through mentoring, training and courses.

The Towerview Care career pathways allow for progression in many different areas. For instance, if you join the team as a care worker, your pathway is not set.

You can develop your skills to incorporate your interest, passions and aspirations. Your path may be to progress to management, clinical, allied health professional, or to continue enhancing your care worker role.

The sky is the limit at Towerview Care.

I have been offered a position. What happens next?

From the minute you accept a position at Towerview Care, you become part of the Towerview Care family.
